This incredible place is just like a charming winter paradise. the staff here are amicable and welcoming, providing a warm atmosphere. the rooms with their picturesque views are spacious and comfortable. Guests are provided with a lot of little extras, such as a platter of delicious bakery treats and a large bottle of mineral water, making your stay unforgettable. the hotel also offers a perfect location, with easy access to cableways and enchanting nature walks.

The fitness room is underwhelming; there are just a few old machines to use.

Our room was cozy and comfortable with great amenities that met our needs. the location was perfect, with easy access to breathtaking hikes and stunning views of the surrounding natural beauty. the staff was friendly and accommodating, providing us room service and assistance when needed.

Our experience was ruined by a neighboring couple who smoked incessantly on their balcony, making it unpleasant to enjoy the mountain air. the on-site food was average and did not offer gluten-free options, which posed a problem for a partner who has coeliac disease.

The location was perfect as it was surrounded by picturesque scenery. The breakfast provided was delicious and the staff at the hotel were always helpful and accommodating.

We were unable to fully enjoy our balcony due to neighboring guests smoking. The overwhelming smoke made it unpleasant and difficult to breathe fresh mountain air.
